Zentor is a verified attendance platform for universities. A lecturer starts a live session; students scan a device-locked QR code that refreshes every few seconds and is checked against their location and face; parents and administrators see honest, real-time records. No roll calls, no signature sheets, no proxies.
Why we built it
Zentor was born on a Nigerian campus, out of the same problems it now solves: roll call that burned 10+ minutes of every lecture, "present!" shouted for absent friends, paper registers that never added up, and parents who only learned about poor attendance when results shipped. We build for the realities of our universities first — large halls, mixed devices, unreliable networks — with a paper fallback for the days the network fails.
